Split Management

Splits define how royalties are divided between collaborators on each track. This guide covers creating splits, setting percentages, and managing bulk updates.

Getting Started

Sign In and Navigate to Your Workspace

Log in to your Royalti.io account.

Select the desired workspace where you want to manage splits.

Viewing Splits

Access the Split Page

On the left navigation sidebar, click directly on "Splits" to navigate to the Split Management page.

Split Table Overview

By default, splits are displayed in a table format.

The default table columns include: Name, UPC, ISRC, Type, Splits, Updated

Edit Split Information

Hover over the split row in the table.

Click the pencil/edit icon at the end of the row.

A right-hand sidebar will appear where you can update the split’s information.

After making changes, click the Save button.

Changes will be reflected in the table immediately.

Filtering Splits

Filter Split Data

To filter the data displayed on the table,

At the top of the table and select from the available filter parameters. The available filters are:

Artist(s)

-

Product(s)

-

Type

Select the desired filter(s) and they're automatically applied.

Deleting Splits

Delete a Single Split

Hover over the split row in the table.

Click the menu icon at the end of the row.

From the dropdown options, select Delete.

Delete Multiple Splits

Select multiple splits by checking the boxes next to their rows in the table.

Click the menu icon at the top of the table.

Select Delete Splits from the dropdown options.
