Each plan includes a monthly amount of royalty volume — the dollar value of statements you process. Catalog size, artist count and seats are never metered.

The overage is billed at graduated rates: 2% up to $20k/month, 1.5% from $20k–$50k, 1% above $50k. The estimator on this page shows the exact math for your volume.

Yes — on Starter, Plus and Premium. Building releases (metadata, tracks, artwork, splits, submit → review → approval) is included on all paid plans. Delivering them via DDEX (ERN/MEAD/PIE, direct to stores or through FUGA, over SFTP/FTP/API/HTTP) is an add-on that switches on automatically with Starter and above — no separate purchase. Free plan only lacks delivery.

Independent record labels, distributors, publishers and artist teams — typically without a dedicated royalty department. It is used heavily by labels operating across African and diaspora markets, where income arrives in one currency and payouts leave in another.

Any of them. Statements import from distributors including FUGA, Believe, The Orchard, Merlin members and DistroKid, plus DSP-direct reports, with fee rates and currency configured per source so what the statement says and what actually landed reconcile.

Both. Artists raise payment requests against their balance, you approve them, and the transfer runs from the platform — no exporting a statement and paying separately. Some royalty tools stop at the statement and leave the payment to you.

It depends on the shape of your roster. Per-artist pricing is cheaper for a small roster earning a lot; volume-based pricing is cheaper for a long tail of artists each earning modest amounts, because a large or dormant catalog costs nothing here.
