Webhooks for release & delivery events

Webhooks let your own systems react the moment a release or DDEX delivery event happens, instead of polling the API for updates.

If you build on top of Royalti or pipe release and delivery status into your own tools, you previously had to poll the API for updates. Webhooks let your systems react the moment something changes.

  • Subscribe to release and DDEX delivery lifecycle events (submitted, delivered, failed, and more)
  • Configure and manage webhook endpoints directly from Settings → API & Developer
  • Payloads deliver in near real time instead of requiring manual polling
  • A reliability fix shipped July 6 resolved a case where some events weren't being delivered

No action needed if you already configured webhooks — delivery is now more reliable. New to webhooks? Find setup under Settings → API & Developer.
