Teach Roy about your label: knowledge base admin UI
Admins can now feed Roy label-specific context — policies, terminology, standing instructions — through a dedicated knowledge base UI.
Every label has its own conventions — deal terms, naming rules, standard operating notes — that a generic assistant won't know. The new AI knowledge base lets you teach Roy that context directly.
- Add and edit knowledge entries scoped to your own tenant, so Roy's answers reflect how your label actually operates
- Roy references this knowledge automatically in chat and guided workflows — no need to repeat yourself each session
- Simple admin-only editor, no technical setup involved
This is opt-in: Roy works fine without it, but a few well-written entries noticeably sharpen its answers for your team. Find it under Ask Roy settings in your dashboard.
