Merlin neighbouring rights: pool-report approvals and invoice reconciliation
The new Merlin add-on brings neighbouring-rights pool-report approval and invoice reconciliation into the dashboard, so labels can track and verify neighbouring-rights income without leaving Royalti.
Neighbouring-rights income — performance and broadcast royalties collected via Merlin — has historically lived outside the catalog and royalty workflow, making it hard to verify what's been paid against what's owed. The new Merlin add-on brings it in-house.
- Pool-report cluster approval lets admins review and approve neighbouring-rights pool reports in bulk
- Invoice scanner reads incoming Merlin invoices and matches them against expected payouts
- Paid-status reconciliation flags invoices as paid, unpaid, or mismatched automatically
- New Invoices tab surfaces the full history in one place, backed by API access
No action needed to enable existing catalog data — Merlin is available as an add-on for labels with neighbouring-rights income. Find it under the new Invoices tab (Merlin add-on required).
