A redesigned delivery pipeline for DDEX & FUGA distribution
The DDEX/FUGA delivery workflow got a full front-to-back rebuild — a guided onboarding wizard, clearer delivery preferences, CSV catalog import with preview, a remote-folder browser, and one-click retry-all — plus backend fixes for FLAC/WAV packaging and editable delivery metadata.
Getting a catalog ready for delivery to DSPs used to mean piecing together settings across several screens with little guidance and no easy way to fix a failed delivery. We rebuilt the whole flow.
- New onboarding wizard walks you through connecting DDEX/FUGA delivery step by step
- Delivery preferences are now centralized and easier to configure per label
- CSV import with live preview lets you bulk-load catalog data before delivery instead of entering it product by product
- Remote-folder browser for picking source files directly from connected storage
- Retry-all button re-sends every failed delivery in one action instead of retrying one at a time
- Behind the scenes: FLAC/WAV packaging fixes, and delivery metadata is now editable and auto-populates from catalog data, cutting manual re-entry
No action needed — existing delivery configurations carry over automatically. Find it under Delivery & Distribution → DDEX/FUGA in the dashboard (requires the DDEX & Deliveries add-on).
