Updates: Multi-user access for Labels and Distros; Royalty Filters; Accounting and more 📊

It’s been a minute since our last update (announcement). 🧐
We have silently been building, and rolling out more features as well. There are some other things we will announce soon too.
Multi-user access for Labels and Distros
This one is big both for us and one of our target customer bases. It’s also one of the main reasons for starting this platform: Advancing transparency in the music industry.
You can now create user accounts for your rightsholders, including artistes, featured artistes, producers, et al; and grant them access to their royalty shares (splits).
While this may mostly be useful for Record Labels, Digital Distributors/Aggregators (of any size), Artiste managers; it can also be very useful for Artistes and music Producers who need to share royalty data and/or revenue with other rightsholders.
Royalty Filters
The Royalty page now has an easy to use filtering form, so you can drill down royalty data to specific artistes, releases or tracks. Next up will be filtering for specific DSPs and Territories. Check it out here.
Accounting
We’ve added the first version of the accounting feature. You can now record payments made to your rightsholders, including artistes, featured artistes, producers, et al. These payments can be recorded in any currency (with overridable auto fetched FX rates) and will be subtracted from the user’s gross to get their current due. Next up: Expenses and Revenue.

- We are updating some terminologies to make it easier to use. More on this later.
- We added features for easily bulk importing catalog information from uploaded royalty data, or pre-filled spreadsheet files.
- There are a few more cosmetic improvements… as always. 🙃
